Facial massage, hands and feet massage
Ayurvedic facial massage is more than just a treatment for the face. Beyond relaxation, facial massage offers advantages like improved circulation, enhanced lymphatic drainage. It helps restore balance of the nervous system, clarify and calm the mind, stimulate the nadis* and increase vitality by working on the reflex zones and marma* points of the neck and face.
It includes :
back massage (spine, trapezius, neck), neck and face exfoliation, face and neck cleansing,
nostril and ear oleation,
facial massage and drainage,
